Shipping and Delivery:


Wholesale pricing is not eligible for Free Shipping. We do offer heavily discounted FedEx and LTL rates for wholesale customers. Pickup/Your Own Carrier is also an option.Express Shipping:
Overnight shipments will arrive the following business day. Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) on Thursday will arrive the following Monday. Orders placed on the weekend will ship out on Monday.

Custom Carriers:

If you choose "use my own carrier" at checkout, we are NOT responsible for any shipping charges billed to you by that carrier. When you select “use my own carrier," we require you to provide us with the carrier, the service and your carriers billing number. BulkSupplements.com does NOT bill you for shipping. The carrier will bill you directly. BulkSupplements cannot calculate shipping charges for you at checkout, nor can we give you a shipping quote; you must contact the carrier you chose for shipping cost estimates.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Occasionally items may be damaged during transit, which is unfortunately out of our control. Should this happen, please contact Wholesale Customer Service for assistance within 3 business days of receiving the order. Do not throw the damaged product, package, or packing slip away. You may be asked to provide photographic proof of damage (or evidence of any missing items).
If you receive the wrong items, please leave the products unopened and contact customer service immediately. For a full refund or exchange of product, Wholesale Customer Service must be notified within 3 business days of the package's initial arrival.

International Shipping:

If you select a shipping option that does not clearly specify “duties and taxes included” on the checkout page, BulkSupplements.com is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or broker fees. Taxes and fees will need to be paid by the customer to your local Customs/Broker office.
BulkSupplements.com is not responsible for products that may be banned in your country or have special requirements to clear customs. We ask that you contact your local customs office to verify if the products and sizes you are purchasing can be cleared through customs without special import permits or prescriptions.
If for any reason the package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charge or fees imposed by the shipping carrier to return your order will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.
Any orders abandoned by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason will not be refunded. This includes lack of import permits, prescriptions, or refusal to pay duties, taxes, or broker fees by the customer (when required) or because the item is banned by your country. (edited)
